Wounding at least 23 people in a train crash amid the Greek capital of Athens on Saturday, according to Greek police.
According to available information, that the train was heading from Athens to the north-eastern city of Alxandruboles and that the incident occurred in the town of Larissa.
Having exited five carriages on the railway and rescue teams rushed to the place and broken glass to rescue the passengers.
The injured six people seriously injured were transported to the hospital, according to the Reuters news agency.
The agency added that the Greek authorities that are still investigating the incident says that the reason is probably a malfunction occurred on a system conversion in the railway.
This incident comes with the start of an extended holiday weekend because of a religious holidays to the Greek Orthodox community in Greece.
